Guard T.J. Lang and the Packers’ athletic trainers spent the week experimenting with different tape jobs and braces for his injured ankle and ultimately decided before the game Sunday that he would go with the heaviest tape wrap possible, even if it was so bulky he could barely tie his shoe.
