The "You'll take what we give you " attitude that some expect Thompson to take with Grant won't work .   Neither side has any leverage in this.  Grant is under contract and can only hold out and The Packers only have unproven Jackson , Wynn, and some 3rd rate FAs available. It's in BOTH parties best interest to get this deal done.Also,  Implying that Rodger's complimenting Grant in an interview could be harmful to the Packers negotiations  is  ridiculous.</blockquote>
