Green Bay Packers alumni Mark Chmura and George Koonce will be in Green Bay this weekend taking part in various fan activities leading up to the Packers-Seahawks game.
Chmura, a Super Bowl Champion with Green Bay, was a sixth-round draft choice of the Packers in 1992 out of Boston College. A three-time Pro Bowl selection (1995, 97, 98) he finished his career with 188 receptions for 2,253 yards and 17 touchdowns. An exceptional blocker, he was named All-Pro in 1995 when he caught 54 passes for 679 yards and seven TDs. A starter at tight end in two Super Bowls for the Packers, he caught a two-point conversion in Green Bay's win over New England in Super Bowl XXXI and he caught a six-yard touchdown pass in Super Bowl XXXII. He will be inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame in July 2010.
Koonce, also a Super Bowl Champion with Green Bay, played in 112 career games for the Packers from 1992-1999. A starter at linebacker in 102 of those contests, h..
