You sort of get numb to the constant bombardment, but if your away from it for awhile it's a real eye opener. Also how obese we are compared to other places.I can't stand to watch sports without a DVR generally. It's just such a waste of time to watch a game for 3 hours when if you cut out all the commercials it's 2hrs. You can use that other time for something else. And if you config the DVR for 20-30s jumps you can skip through all the dead time between plays if you want to watch a game fast. That REALLY speeds it up.</blockquote>
