Honestly, the biggest dissapointment this year has been the entire coaching staff. They've allowed injuries to bring the team down, they are holding back players until injury is forcing them. They are asking young guys to step up and not creating plays to give them a chance to succeed. We all could see Starks has been playing better and he would have a few good plays, then swap him out instead of letting him get hot. Janis has had some great plays and he's now keeping the bench warm. Abby hasn't been given a shot, not even returns, when Hyde looks slow and can't get anything going. CBs will be getting dominated on games and they will not get any help to stop the bleading. I think they think a little too high of themselves and are thinking" we are the packers, things will turn around" instead of actually doing something about it.
