Rodgers is a special talent but that doesn't equate to being a leader. Jeff Saturday this morning surprised me when he brought up the lack of respect in huddles when he was getting play calls. I look at the last 5 losses. They have held the lead into late 2nd half and lost every game. The run game is abandoned and Rodgers is throwing the ball 45+ times a game and Jones is rushing 11 times a game. That is mindboggling to me. Is it Rodgers checking out of the run? I don't know. But when there is a near 90% chance that it is going to be a passing play, the defense can just sit on it. There is no balance. What is remarkable is that he only have 1 INT that was deflected twice.</blockquote>
