It's outdated and ran its course. There is a change that is needed for the Packers to return to relevance.Like I've said repeatedly, relying upon Aaron Rodgers to be all time great every time he laces 'em up isn't going to get us to the promised land. He needs support, from the talent around him, to the scheme, to game management, etc. All of which can be improved. And hopefully, his play improves as well.</blockquote>
