Packers NFL now prohibiting exposed hoodies from being worn under uniforms

Wide receiver James Jones sported a unique look at times last season when he began wearing a hooded sweatshirt underneath his shoulder pads. So naturally the NFL has elected to pass a rule to prohibit such clothing under uniforms beginning this fall. According to Mike Periera of FOX Sports, the 2016 NFL rule book states…

figured this would happen....kept wondering what kind of call would be made if someone had grabbed Jones by the hoodie and dragged him to the ground. Maybe less wind resistance will make JJ faster!
