Were they prohibited from throwing a lot of money at Bill Belichick before he became Cleveland's HC or after he left Cleveland - or from acquiring any other GM or HC?Detroit is an example of a team with absolute crap management for decades and decades - is that the league's fault in any way? You say you don't believe there's a conspiracy to promote certain teams, so what exactly are you saying?</blockquote>
