First time injuries, yes, second and beyond, not so much.</p><p></p><p>Finally, can't specifically strengthen an ACL. Can strengthen muscles around it, and I'm sure Buluga has some strong legs. Knee ligaments are more responsible for keeping knee bones stable and they are not meant to handle a 300+ lb guy who moves well.</p><p></p><p>I'm not saying the staff isn't accountable for some. First time hamstring injuries, for example, are mostly preventable. Just they don't deserve blame for everything.</p></blockquote><p></p>
