I'm not Murphy but I trust his judgment.  I guess if it were me, I wouldn't fire MM after this year even if we missed the playoffs just because I feel like he could get 1 year here of not doing so, having made them 8 of the 10 years he's been here so far, and making them the last 7 in a row, plus 3 trips to the NFCCG and 1 SB win.  However, I wouldn't extend the rope beyond 2017.  I'd say miss the playoffs this year, and you got till the end of 2017 to get this ship righted, but if the same old thing happens or things get worse, then it's out the door.  Just my thoughts on it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
