His body language and facial expressions look like a person that is burned out at his job right not now,and I think it has permeated to the team.He just doesn't seem to have the passion he had before on the sidelines. I think with the loss in the NFCCG and his brother passing less than 48 hours  later had a toll on the man,it would any of us if we are human. But there comes a time when we have to know we are cheating ourselves and the others around us by not giving our all,and I think MM needs to concede that as well.
