I heard on Dallas Radio that Drew Pearson when getting into the elevator with it stumbled, but he protected it from getting damaged. Something like that.

edit..

Sorry Zeck, I see you have a link to the almost drop by Drew in your first post.

I sure hope I can can a picture of four of them in Green Bay next season. I should say I look forward to getting a picture of all four of them next season.

you sound surprised that a cowboy almost dropped it... typical really. Hope they never trust TO with it.

I think it should be redesigned. IMO it doesn't look very classy.
A football is just so damn typical and obvious.
Why not a mini statue of Lombardi?
They could call it "The Vince."
Half joking, but I do think it could be different.

looks like there is a scuff on it already. heh

I think it would look bada** with it all scuffed up!!

Like it was a battle to the finish to get that sucker back! (but all polished back up for the showcase)

I think for just the SB they should replace the football and play with that.
Then we would really see who wants it more.

I think they should never polish it after the game. All the fingerprints, sweat, slobber, and gatorade should stay on it as a testament to the men that earn it.

I watched on a USA Today thing and they showed how they make them, the Football is all hallow in the inside.

So the football itself is removable from the stand?? lol

That stand could hurt coming atcha!:fie:
