Will he say what Mike Ditka said to his Bears team: "We are going to win a Super Bowl here, but a lot of you are not going to be around for it"</p><p></p><p>Or will LaFleur take the Lombardi approach: "I've never been with a losing team in my life and I don't think I'll start now."</p><p></p><p>I think McVay is correct and that Matt will just be his "authentic" self.
