But he was fairly tight lipped about substantive matters. I believe he will be successful, he has a lot to work with talent wise. Seems to be a very focused cerebral person, creative and flexible. Do I think this will make us a slam dunk top 5 defense?  No. But i think we should be top 10 if he is a good DC and top 5 if he is a great DC.  I believe he is good but can't say yet just how good.</blockquote>
