The Browns are likely trying to hold ground at Defense and improve on Offense to get into Postseason. Sometimes you’ve got to look at what medium term success offers.If Schwartz was smart he’d stay put for 1 or 2 seasons, it’s not like he was demoted here.</blockquote>
