I watch a decent amount of player interviews, lockerroom post game and follow several beat reporters. They have a very good pulse on this team. Not everyone are LaFleur Robots either, which is bold imo. Yet none off them mention any toxic culture.The bulk of those in the know are more concerned about things like clock management, usage of timeouts, lack of ability to have a killer instinct to throttle a team when they are down,  lack of proper ability to adjust schematics to coincide with game flow etc etc.   Not even 1 time have I heard the culture is toxic (similar to when Rodgers ran the show).  I would say the players would rate this culture above 4.5/5.0.  Many players have publicly come to the aid of Matt LaFleur while he’s under attack. They could just remain silent, but they speak up publicly. Even Aaron Rodgers went out of his way to dismantle anyone thinking Matt is a poor leader and he had nothing to gain by the Packers success without him.</blockquote>
