On the other hand, I am sure Matt divvies up the job tasks as he sees fit, regardless of titles and thinks all is well.  The problem with that is that there is no transparency as to where the rotten roots are if guys are crossing over into other positional groups or other coaching decisions, maybe Matt can't even figure out who to blame for mistakes, besides himself.</blockquote>
