LaFleur designed the offense, and LaFleur calls the plays. Bisaccia was supposedly made assistant head coach to help with "game management" for LaFleur. What exactly is he "coordinating?" I'm not even trying to be facetious here. I guess he acts as a kind of middle-man between the HC and the offensive position coaches but beyond that I really don't know.It really feels like a situation where we had an OL coach that we really valued in Stenavich and didn't want to see him poached away so we gave a "promotion" to OC. Which in some ways makes a little sense, but now it feels like we have an OC who does nothing and our OL also got worse.</blockquote>
