Meaning if a coach is not totally inept and the players are young, it may be wiser to have a longer leash than on the offensive side. If it's not working offensively get some new voices in and try to get the youngins to buy in right away. Just my way of seeing things; this approach allows me to be okay with MM having to move on but guys like MP/JW to be kept around. But we can agree to disagree...</p></blockquote><p></p>
