The McCarthy termination proves that. I donly not believe he was utilizing the "tear down others to make yourself look better" approach. Rather, I feel as though he was attempting to light a fire under the rears of everyone within the organization by deservedly calling them out. He could have definitely gone about it in a more professional manner but who knows? Maybe he has been trying to convey his message to the team for quite a while but it fell on deaf ears, so his last resort was going to Twitter. We may never know all the details. What I personally know from experience is that professionals (key word) in any industry who resort to such tactics do so because they feel as though their leaders aren't leading. As it currently stands I support Moss in what he said.</p></blockquote><p></p>
