Message: <blockquote data-quote="Pokerbrat2000" data-source="post: 802994" data-attributes="member: 7261"><p>This isn't just about the failures of the "new guys" in the secondary, this is more about what Whitt hasn't been able to do with all of the talent that he has been given.  Blame injuries all you want, but give me the names of a few guys, not named Sam Shields that Whitt has actually coached up to consistently play at a higher level and improved their game as a Green Bay Packer (not after they left GB).  I fully expect guys like Tony Brown and Ibraheim Campbell to mess up, when forced into duty due to injuries, but I don't expect guys that have had enough playing time, have been coached to learn their assignments and how to tackle, to consistently make the same costly mistakes over and over.  You want to make it sound like the Packers are pulling people off the street, guys that have never played football and that some of us are expecting Whitt to work a miracle with them in 2 weeks, this isn't the case with who they are putting on the field or my immediate expectations of them.</p></blockquote><p></p>
