And mandatory participation in OTA's.  Load the contract with incentives.  Not personal incentives.....team performance based incentives. Playoff wins, NFC championship and Super Bowl incentives.  He is to either be 110% committed or else.The sooner Rodgers is gone, the better.</blockquote>
