Rodgers also has the tools, obviously. One thing I look forward to is when Rodgers can just impose his will against opposing offenses. It took Manning a long time to get to the level of success he's at today. I imagine Rodgers will get there too over the next couple of seasons. The only drawback to Cutler is going to be the coaching staff. If the Bears don't do something now, that whole coaching staff is going to be replaced, which I could wind up being a bit setback to Cutler. But then again, it's the Bears, so it's not like I care that much.</blockquote>
