Not sure why all these trade scenarios are popping up. ESPECIALLY with such a deep CB class. If we're trading the 29th Overall Pick and we're trying to get essentially a better corner it's going to take a whole lot more than the feeble offerings you guys are putting up as players. The main thing you guys are failing to realize is how does this potential trading partner view this pick? I'm assuming you're trying to trade for an already established No. 1 CB? Granted they receive a 1st Round Pick in return to address that need but depending on who's available they may not want that prospect and have to spend it elsewhere, which essentially creates a hole that didn't have to exist in the first place. And finally, who's going to pay for this No. 1 CB? If we're talking an already established elite NFL CB they tend to carry large contracts, so how do we pay this player AND sign our Draft Class and potential FAs post Draft? For those who are going the angle of simply trading up in the Draft, it's going to take a whole lot more to trade up then a pair of CBs who almost definitely wouldn't start on their new team. For who's available in the Draft, if it's not Lattimore, Humphrey, Fournette, Barnett, Foster, or Cook, there's no point in bothering, a talented CB should fall to us regardless. In case you guys haven't paid attention lately, it will take a King's Ransom to trade into the Top 10, and not much less for Top 15.
