Resigning Perry didn't improve it, only kept it from getting worse.  Not resigning Hyde or Peppers and only signing House were by no means a way to improve the overall defense.  There were lots of options out there at both CB and OLB, TT just decided that either he didn't see a need or he couldn't justify the cost, other teams felt different.</p></blockquote><p></p>
