Thrilled to find this great forum. It is so much better than the ESPN boards.
I'm from Southern California originally and grew up a Rams fan but became a free agent when they left L.A. I moved to Wisconsin in 2003 and instantly became a rabid Packer fan after someone I had just met invited me to the first preseason game at the renovated Lambeau Field. I wound up marrying a lovely Wisconsinite who grew up 17 miles west of Lambeau.
Something interesting about us is that our baby Logan was born on February 6, 2011 at 12:47 a.m. He knew he needed to arrive well before the game kicked off at 3:30 pacific time. The Packers haven't lost since. On October 15, 2011 we had Logan baptized at Lambeau Field in a luxury box overlooking the field and attended the game vs. the Rams the next day. It's been quite a year for our family!
I'm stuck in Maryland for the year and looking to find some Packer fans out this way that my wife and I can enjoy the rest of the season with. If anyone out there is a die hard in this neck of the woods let me know.
Go Pack Go.
