The Panthers aren't swimming in picks with 8, but they could be looking for a QB, and could potentially trade down with their first selection and acquire more. The Chargers have their normal allotment of 7 picks, but could be looking to come up and nab a QB. That doesn't mean that teams couldn't be coming up for any other reason, but those other scenarios are just much less predictable.</blockquote>
