But the criticism about Janis not knowing route adjustments hasn't only come from the coaching staff, but from Nelson, Rodgers, and has been acknowledged by Janis himself. Once it became apparent they needed a WR to stretch Ds, I criticized the coaching staff for not having a package of plays for Janis with fewer - or no - route adjustments. But Janis bears some responsibility for that being necessary. Let's all hope Janis works his **** off this off season into minicamps, TC, etc.</blockquote>
