I can also see having a discussion of "this player didn't work well in the Packers defense/offense, but excelled elsewhere".  I would put that on the GM/scouts, as well as some on the coaching.  If a player was a bad fit, perhaps the he should never have been drafted, but maybe with better coaching, that obstacle is worked around.</blockquote>
