It's a HC issue not related to Xs and Os but more of a culture problem. Rodgers, are most talented player, played well below his talent level. Why? Did he become less talented or is it coaching?  I would say a big part of that is MMs responsibilty for culture. Coaching.</p></blockquote><p></p>
