Half of the teams are eligible for the playoffs, including the dull play-ins.  It starts in April and ends in June.  It's ridiculous. MLB is a little better.  It's not that easy, short of winning a division or conference or whatever they call it in MLB, to make the playoffs.  I think there are two wild card teams, maybe more.  Even so, I wait until the WS to actually watch.  (I will watch the Brewers in the playoffs, maybe go to a regular-season game if someone has tickets.  I was raised when the Braves were here and am still mad the owners moved them to Atlanta.  Some grudges are hard to let go.)As for the NFL, I liked the six-team conference playoff format better than seven.  I just liked that the two best teams in each conference got a first round bye.  In any case, the NFL playoffs are all interesting to me and I watch the playoffs from the start.  But like a lot of people here, actually like a lot of people overall, I just enjoy football the most.</blockquote>
