Adams coming out of college was a VERY raw athlete and poor route runner. Happy to see Adams use his basketball background/knowledge to translate onto the field. Thats why Adams has one of the best releases and always seems to get separation (via route cuts and head fakes). I think Ruggs very similar to Adams in that it feels like theyre playing basketball (their first love) crossing over defenders but Ruggs has that track background crazy straight line speed.
