There is a legitimate question about whether or not the front office drain of having guys leave for jobs at other teams has weakened our draft and develop program. Perhaps it's just going to take time to train enough guys in the front office to make up for our losses but we can't just close our eyes and pretend that this team is on the right track defensively. Get a new coordinator if you want (though I think Capers is a decent coordinator and apparently the rest of the league does as well, according to some reports) but until we start brining some impact players in on defense and stop relying on youth so much, this will remain a defense that breaks down at inopportune moments.</p></blockquote><p></p>
