You will look like, act like, talk like the most distinquished professional in your community."      That should be posted in every lockerroom and should be agreed upon policy by both the league and the players' union. It should be stressed to these young men, many of whom come from some shady backgrounds to begin with. If it was and the discipline for violating it certain and consistent it might go a long way toward doing away with the scandals that have been plaguing the league.</blockquote>
