You can look at a player and realize the tools are there, but what you don't know is if he is going to work hard enough to put those tools to full effectiveness.   Every season two dozen WRs come into the NFL who have more raw talent than Jerry Rice.   Yet Jerry Rice worked ceaselessly to be better and it showed.  Thats the only difference between him and hundreds of other players.   Well, that and playing with 2 HOF QBs helped.</blockquote>
