But then I look at what I think they could have done and what they are currently doing with the roster they have and I want more, so I am really torn.  What has me leaning more towards a change right now is the apparent dysfunction across the organization (including the players) from game to game.  This is a team with talent and that talent seems like its being squandered away due to management.While change can sometimes be good, I think we all need to accept the idea that it doesn't guarantee success.</blockquote>
