In all seriousness, yes I do believe that Green Bay needs no coaching changes to the HC position, Mccarthy gets the job done end of story. Mccarthy is an awesome QB coach but to say that he's a puppet as a HC is rediculous. There is no HC out there that excels in coaching all the positions, offense and defense. Each HC has their own "specialty": Belichick - LBs, Sean Payton - QB, Tom Coughlin - WRs, Steve Spagnolou - D-line etc. etc.</blockquote>
