I believer they will bracket Jordy and do everything they can to make him as non-existent as possible. The scary thing is that is exactly what the Saints tried and succeeded doing and we all know how that game ended. The Pats have a better secondary IMO but I also believe our boys have spent a fair amount of time trying to break that code to ensure Jordy is still at least somewhat involved. Everyone has a bad game now and then so maybe that Saints game was 87's mulligan? This is where RC comes in. I read on one post above how Revis will probably be on Cobb and while this may sound crazy I honestly hope he is. 18 is one of the toughest guys in the league to shadow and I think he can win that match-up more times than not. I am in no way degrading DR as I believe he will one day be a sure fire HOF'er but I do think his best days are behind him and I don't think he has the quicks in tight quarters to stay with Randall. As we all witness most every game AR has a knack for keeping a play alive and how many times do we see RC coming back to the ball or taking one deep on a "busted play?" The absolute key to me as is the case most games will be the ability of our OL to keep 12 clean. This combined with Lacy continuing to play a high level and I just can't see the Pats shutting down this offensive unit. I really hope that come the end of the game we are all talking about how TT and Co. need to have Cobb locked up quickly and the idea of him leaving simply can't be entertained. THIS my friends is why we watch football and come to great boards like this one. THIS is one of those rare regular season games with all the pomp and circumstance of a huge playoff clash that I believe will actually live up to the hype. THIS is one of those games that separates the boys from the men and I fully expect that come the final whistle our boys will be walking off that beautiful, historic field as winners. Goodness gracious I am figgin pumped up and will be counting down the minutes until kickoff! Now let's show up, ball out and show the world the REAL #12 wears G and G. [QUOTE="SoonerPack, post: 583451, member: 9838"] To me this is the game where Cobb shows his true, immense value. I believer they will bracket Jordy and do everything they can to make him as non-existent as possible. The scary thing is that is exactly what the Saints tried and succeeded doing and we all know how that game ended.
