Despite our guests visiting this week not showing any fear of the Packers, just wanted to share that Cheaters fans in their own forums are indeed worried about our Pack as they should be. Of course not all of them are and the forums are filled with the same chest thumping we are getting here but just wanted to point this out to balance the bravado we are getting from the Cheater fans here. Quotes from a couple of those forums. http://www.patriotsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=69031 Sucks we get them in Lambeau, their offense is pretty average on the road but at home they become the best in the league. I dunno, it's in Green Bay, which is the only thing that gives me a bit of pause, especially since they'll be a home dog for sure. Like, I could see the Patriots up 7-10 the whole game, be in control, but Green Bay scoring late or something. http://www.patsfans.com/new-england-patriots/messageboard/threads/the-weapon-to-take-away-from-aaron-rodgers.1113805/ The Packers are impressive in every phase of the game. #1 in takeaways and giveaway/takeaway margin, good on special teams, good running attack, and the closest QB to Tom Brady in Aaron Rodgers. This is a great measuring stick for how good the Patriots are this year. But the one guy who keeps the engine running and the chains moving is Jordy Nelson: over 1,000 yards receiving already, 9 TDs, averaging 97 yards receiving/game and 15.4 yards per catch. He's a good blocker and has deceptive speed. He's a dangerous hybrid WR/TE Jordy Nelson reminds me of a 'Silent Assasin' He can get by DBs streakin down sidelines or crossing post for long gains. Looks like he's havin an average day but his Stats are usually around 100 yds and Tds. He HAS to be accounted for and R. Cobb is no slouch as well. This might be tricky but if somehow they can take away Rodgers' double check belt... http://www.patriotsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=69031&page=4 I'm in agreement with the bit about Jordy Nelson...but with him, it's all about playing smart and preventing the big play. He always seems to get open for a huge gain once per game....we need to make sure that doesn't happen. I'm more worried about Cobb, to be honest. ...I think Jordy Nelson is as big an X factor as Gronk is. That kid is tough to stop and tough to bring down. And the other X factor is that A. Rodgers can run.
