Expansion of the NHL has been very good for the game, their new teams are competitive right out of the gate, and once powerhouse franchises are being left in the dust, and missing the playoffs consistently.It's hard to be a casual fan of Hockey, as you need to really understand the rules of the game, or you will end up scratching your head wondering why whistles are stopping play.  The game is so fast, and physical, it's amazing these guys don't have more major injuries than they do.</blockquote>
