Message: <blockquote data-quote="SoonerPack" data-source="post: 757786" data-attributes="member: 9838"><p>I'm not counting on it but if I was forced to gamble on it I would go with my theory.  He isn't going to have any issues paying bills anytime soon and at the end of his career he isn't going to be measured by chili in the bank but rings on the fingers.  He has a lot of respect for Brady and this same issue is one TB has had to confront a couple times and took a haircut on multiple occasions.  In the NBA, Tim Duncan did the same thing on multiple occasions as well.  As a life-long, die-hard fan I want another ring so badly I can taste it.  I can't imagine what AR is feeling inside and how much higher his desire to succeed is than mine.  Maxing out his pay or taking a little less to bring in more talent is what this comes down to and the fact he is so aware of all the variables involved gives me hope he takes the haircut.</p></blockquote><p></p>
