I think it is the same concept, but the Browns game wasn't as the clock went to zero. The only reason the Browns one looks worst is because it was at the Browns home and so fans were going crazy, and therefore the fans caused the game to end without further review. Also, Peter King (famous SI writer) and almost every expert has said that this was the worst in history (on twitter, etc)... Hell, even Skip Bayless thought it was the worst ever.</blockquote>
