If they see anything they push the buzzer and the official on the field stops the play and listens to what he has to say.  I didn't see the game but I'm sure they showed a replay of that play and the announcers were probably all thinking it was an illegal procedure.  However they do it something needs to be done so that calls like that are not missed.  Like I said, those are not judgement calls.  He either moved before the ball was snapped or he didn't.</p></blockquote><p></p>
