Williams is basically an average NFL RB in every phase except pass blocking where he's above-average. I don't think Dillon needs to be above-average at pass blocking but plenty of good college RBs haven't been able to pick up blocking scheme quickly and the way this off-season is going to play out is going to make it much more difficult than usual for rookies to transition to the NFL.</blockquote>
