Message: <blockquote data-quote="AllouezPackerFan" data-source="post: 275066" data-attributes="member: 2099">I'm not sure I understand how this stat is misleading.  He's comparing AP's first three seasons to the first three seasons of other running backs.  Maybe I'm an idiot, but are lost fumbles an accurate stat?  Seems like luck to me.  If I fumble the ball 7 times but the other team doesn't recover any of them, isn't that just blind luck?  Where as if I fumble the ball 7 times and the other team recovers it 7 times all of a sudden people start talking about turnovers.  I think fumbles lost is a stupid stat.</blockquote>
