Starks is not officially on the IR list yet. If the Packers need the room on the roster or wanted to save the salary expense, they likely would have done it by now. However, if they think that Starks could return in time for the NFC Championship game or Super Bowl, you might as well keep him on the roster for those possible situations.</blockquote>
