On defense I think just a good FS who can play centerfielder would solve most of the problems. Jones is purely an in the box safety, he lacks the instincts to figure out when he needs to drop deep or attack upfield. Stick pure rangy centerfielder behind him and use Josh Jones as an in the box attacking SS where he can attack the edges of an offense and I bet he'd turn into a beast.</p></blockquote><p></p>
