I think both sides really do want to get this done in an amicable fashion, and neither side wants to repeat the mistakes from Rodgers' last contract. I think everyone involved understands that Love and the team are critically important to each other, and they want that relationshiip to continue.But at the of the day, it all comes down to the two parties agreeing on a package that both feel is fair. And for whatever reason or reasons, that hasn't happened yet.</blockquote>
