"We remain confident that, once all of the evidence is gathered and evaluated, it will confirm that no charges should be brought against Josh in the future," the statement said.The article also mentioned that the bar to arrest is lower than the bar to charge an individual.  These are serious allegations, no matter how we look at them.  That said , he was released.  More to come on this.  Just not good news for anyone involved.</blockquote>
